Who is Lean Lego Game for?

Since we all deal with and use processes in some form both at work and home, Lean Manufacturing training is useful for everybody. Yet, its usually taken by San Diego students working in manufacturing or service provision. In our course, San Diego students learn:

Lean Lego Game Course Overview:

Rather than death by PowerPoint, experience waste, push vs. pull processes, kanban, kaizen, systems thinking, and work cells in a fun exercise. This workshop is intended for students fairly early in their Lean journey but can be a fun refresher for more advanced practitioners. It can be run in either a short or longer session which never goes past half-day. A typical day looks like this:

Perhaps most importantly, our San Diego Lean Lego Game facility is near the coast making it understandable that you stay in a cool hotel right on the beach. You might like to try the Boathouse; surf and turf place out on a little peninsula. We're located near major interstates I-5 and I-8 close to NTC Park, naval facilities, Sea World, and the San Diego Zoo.
